To enroll today, please fill out the following form and hit the “submit” button below. If you are registering more than one student, please fill out an separate form for each individual.

This form as well as a signed copy of the New Student Contract must be submitted in order to be enrolled for lessons This agreement is being provided in an Adobe PDF format for your convenience. Please print the contract and mail it, along with the first months tuition to:

Upon receiving your online application and tuition, you will be contacted regarding a lesson time and day which fits your schedule.

Tuition Costs

Monthly Tuition (Single Student) - $105
Monthly Tuition (2 students from same family) - $195
Monthly Tuition (3 students from same family) - $285

Tuition is to be paid monthly, in advance. Tuition is due the first day of the month. Late tuition is subject to a fee of $15. Payments are to be in cash, check or money order (no credit cards accepted). If the student needs to cancel a lesson for any reason, the lesson may be eligible for made up, free of charge, subject to the rules of cancellation found on the studio website. Student textbooks are available through the studio, at a cost of $14 each.

This form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian (if student is under 18).

Additional students (from the same family, enrolled in the same semester) will receive a $15 discount off of the monthly tuition statement. (i.e. each additional student from the same family is charged $90 per month).

The first month’s tuition must accompany the signed enrollment form in
order for the student to receive a class assignment. Registration is not
completed until the first tuition payment is made.
